Today is World Mental Health Day and also my big Brothers Birthday which means I’m 5 days I’ll be hitting the BIG 40! I have over the last few years been learning to heal myself from a lot of past trauma including losing my mummy to MND back in 2013. I’m on regular medication and I’m happy to say they have made such a difference to me.
